We are pleased to announce that Cranleigh Medical Practice is offering the covid vaccinations this spring.
We are inviting eligible patients to book a COVID jab at Cranleigh Medical Practice on 18th April. Please note this is a pilot clinic with a limited availability.
If you are eligible, please call the practice Tues to Fri after 13.30
If our clinic is fully booked, you can still access vaccinations at community clinics via the NHS System.
