Appointments

Appointments are available on a daily basis. Most of our GP appointments are telephone appointments, with some face to face where an issue needs physical examination. You can book every weekday, up until 20:00, on Saturdays between 08:00 and 17:00 and on Sunday between 08:00 and 16:00. Nurse appointments are bookable most days at various practices in the area. You must be registered with a practice in Guildford and Waverley to use this service.

Your fastest option is to click the Book Now button below. This will allow you to book with GPs and Nurses via our partner Hero Doctors. You will need to create an account, a very quick process, and then you will be able to search and book our available appointments. For a telephone appointment with a GP, please choose ‘Telephone appointment’ in the list of locations you can see. You can also still book by calling your usual practice and asking to be seen in Improved Access. Appointments are released at different times so do keep checking if no availability is showing straight away.

All initial appointments will be virtual. This could be a phone call, video call or a text message if appropriate. If a face to face is clinically necessary, the clinician will arrange this after your virtual appointment.

Before booking an appointment with one of our clinicians, it may be worth looking at our self-referrals page to check if a surgery appointment is needed for the service you require.

eConsult

Our eConsult service requires you to answer questions related to your selected condition. Please answer these questions in as much detail as possible. This information not only helps our Patient Services Team book you in with the most appropriate clinician, but provides invaluable information for the clinician reviewing your econsult.

To ensure appropriate, safe levels of care, eConsult will not be accessible during the weekend and of any bank holiday closure. It will become inactive at 17:00 on the last working day before the weekend and commence again at 07:30 on the first working day of the week.
